Dominos is currently recruiting for Manager In Training (MIT) positions within Yorkshire area covering Wetherby,Sherburn In Elmet,Selby and Market Weighton stores. The Manager In Training role is a fast paced, hands-on, career progression programme that helps you gain quick, valuable and effective knowledge to lead you towards being a Domino’s Manager in 12-18 months. If you can manage quality, manage speed and manage people; you will be able to produce great results.

- No prior qualifications required
- 1-2 years’ experience in a fast paced QSR role is desirable
- Ability to work in target based environment
- Experience in working independently with a result orientation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
