The role of a Store Manager is key in supporting the franchisee to ensure the store is run efficiently and profitably in accordance with the company policies and Procedures.

You will oversee the store in leading, coaching and inspiring all team members to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times whilst controlling costs and building sales.

We’re looking for someone with proven management experience, ideally gained in the restaurant or hospitality sector.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

• Awareness of the benefits of improving internal & external relations to improve business potential
• Active in local business area and makes Domino's known for customer service
• Has an energy to analyse information and data to identify opportunities at store level
• Pro actively plans to improve profitability and protect financial cost line

• Involves the team to review quality of standards & provides constructive feedback

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Succeed in delivering all KPI measures in line with financial year
• KPI areas that are not achieving to have a robust business plan in place to identify root cause to achieve results
• Full responsibility for implementing and driving the training and development plan to drive internal promotions
• Full completion of quarterly reviews and career conversations with all colleagues
• Live and up to date succession plan in place

Candidates must possess management experience and be available to work flexible hours is essential.
